We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and US federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

Available shipping options are:

  • Express Shipping: $4.99, estimated delivery of 3–5 business days after processing.
  • Free Shipping: $0.00, estimated delivery of 5–8 business days after processing.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and carrier handoff. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated in that policy, eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

Customer-preference returns may be subject to customer-paid return shipping, non-refundable original shipping charges, and a possible 10% restocking fee.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@novatechgadgets.store.

We will make reasonable efforts to help if the order has not entered processing or shipment. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is successfully cancelled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
